Layby Terms & Conditions

Being a single parent, I understand the challenge of having to plan ahead and budget for the arrival of your twins so I am pleased to be able to offer you a layby option to help you purchase your products.

We operate our layby system in a similar fashion to gift vouchers. You are able to decide on the amount and frequency of the payments you wish to make, to suit your needs. Any payments you make are then applied to your Twins & More customer account as a store credit and is available for you to use against the purchase of any item on the Twins & More website as you wish.

When you are ready to make your purchase the available store credit will be applied to all or part of your purchase depending on the value of the item.

Please note that we are not able to hold specific products for you and occasionally the product that you are planning to purchase with your store credit may not be available at the time you wish to redeem your store credit. We will endeavour to assist you as best we can if this situation arises.

If your store credit account remains unused for longer than four months we will contact you to discuss what you would like to do with the credit. If you no longer wish to purchase an item from Twins & More then we will make arrangements to refund your money and deduct a 10% cancellation fee.

If you change your mind and wish to cancel your layby payments at any time, then a 10% cancellation fee will be charged and we will refund you the balance within 5 working days.

The 10% cancellation charge will be calculated on the total balance of the store credit on the day of cancellation.

Please note that any store credits that have been gifted to you by Twins & More as part of a promotion or any other reason are not eligible to be refunded.
