All goods and services sold by Twins & More Limited to you the customer are sold under the terms and conditions outlined in this document which you are deemed to have read, understood and accepted by your use of this site and by clicking on the ‘Proceed to Payment’ button. In this terms and conditions document, references to “we”, “us” or “our” refers to Twins & More Limited and “you”, “your” means the person placing the order for products or services on this website.

Ordering and Payment
For all goods and services ordered by you, you must pay for the products in full (without set-off or deduction of any kind) by authorising us to charge your Credit Card or by payment through bank Direct Credit. We accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards. You warrant that you are authorised to use your Credit Card account by the relevant Credit Card company. We may contact you directly to confirm your Credit Card details.
All prices on the Twins & More website are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and include GST (in accordance with the New Zealand Goods and Services Tax Act 1985). You will be responsible for paying all other applicable taxes, import duties, levies or tariffs which may apply to your order.
We reserve the right to amend our pricing on the website for any reason at any time and without notice.
All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of 15% GST (New Zealand Goods & Services Tax). International customers are not liable for NZ GST so it will be removed as you proceed through the checkout. The prices will adjust when the shipping destination is entered in the shopping cart.
Our pricing does not include any import taxes or duties that may be payable on the goods entry into your country. Twins & More is not liable for any customs or import duties or taxes that may arise. These costs are your responsibility.
While we endeavour to fulfil your order, we will not be liable to any person if we decline to fulfil an order, or we are unable to supply the products or services in your order. Some products may be unavailable from time to time. We reserve the right to alter, upgrade or discontinue any product or information contained on the website without notice.
Cancellations of Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we believe they are fraudulent, or if there is an error in the processing or listing of a product or service on our website or a technical error in the processing of your order. We also reserve the right to cancel orders that have been accepted.
Availability of Products
All orders for products are subject to availability. It is possible that an item you purchased on this site is not in stock. We will endeavour to notify you prior to your purchase that an item is out of stock however this will not always be possible. We will notify you as soon as possible about an out of stock situation and either place the item on back order for you for delivery once the item comes back into stock or cancel the order for the item. We will immediately refund you for any items that are out of stock.
We reserve the right to refuse to supply any individual or company as we see fit.
Freight and Delivery
We will deliver the goods ordered from us to the premises nominated in your order at your cost (at the rates specified below) and within 15 days from the date we received and accept your order. This is subject to stock availability. If we have specified a delivery date, we will try and deliver the products to you by that date. If we anticipate that you will not receive the goods within that time we will advise the reason for the delay and the likely date of delivery. We will not be liable for late delivery. Late delivery does not entitle you to cancel any order or part thereof. We may deliver the products to you by instalments and from different locations. Each delivery will be a separate contract independent from the other deliveries.
We will re-deliver, replace or refund the order (at our discretion) if we have incorrectly addressed the delivery. We take no such responsibility if you provided us with an incorrect or insufficient address.
You will pay freight charges on any goods or services ordered from us as outlined in our Shipping & Delivery Terms and Conditions page which can be viewed here: https://shop.twinsandmore.co.nz/shipping-delivery.
At this time Twins & More ships to New Zealand and Australia only.
Title and Risk
We remain the owner of the goods we supply you until you have paid in full all amounts that you owe to us for goods ordered. Property and risk in goods ordered by you from us will pass to you upon delivery of the goods to your specified delivery address.
In the event that you change your mind or are not happy with your purchase then we will provide a full refund or account credit subject to the following conditions:
- the goods are returned within 30 days of the delivery date
- the goods (including any packaging) are in perfect, unused and saleable condition
- the goods are accompanied by a receipt.
It is your responsibility to ensure that any items being returned are carefully wrapped and packaged for return to us as you will be liable for any damage caused during transit and it may result in a deduction in the refund amount. The final refund amount is at our discretion.
You must pay all costs of returning goods to us unless the goods returned are faulty in which case we will refund you the shipping costs.
We are unable to accept change of mind returns on gift vouchers, perishable items or health products such as but not limited to breast pump accessories, nursing teas, herbal supplements, so please consider this before making your purchase.
We are happy to meet our obligations under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act if a product is faulty or not fit for the purpose described. Proof of purchase will be required. You will not be responsible for the freight charges on any faulty goods if you are living in New Zealand. We understand what an inconvenience this can be for you so aim to make this a top priority until it’s resolved.

Promotions and Offers
Promotions and offers may be available from time to time on the website, magazines, Facebook etc. Any promotion or offer may not be used in conjunction with another offer unless otherwise stated. Promotions and offers are subject to availability and Twins & More reserves the right to revoke promotions and offers at any time and for any reason without prior notice. Twins & More reserves the right to run promotions and offers for set periods of time and in specific geographies and to a specific group of customers and not others if it chooses.
Bonus products or gifts cannot be exchanged for cash, resold by the purchaser or returned for a refund or replacement unless the item is faulty. Any decision made by Twins & More regarding promotions and offers on the site is full and final.
Competition Terms and Conditions
By entering a Twins & More competition, entrants are deemed to have accepted the following terms and conditions:
- Entry is only open to New Zealand residents unless otherwise stated.
- Entries must be received within the timeframe specified. No late entries will be accepted.
- The winner(s) will be determined at our sole discretion and will be notified within the timeframe stated either via email, telephone or via reply message if the competition is hosted on social media. If we are unable to reach the winner(s) within 7 days, we reserve the right to nominate a new winner.
- You grant Twins & More permission to use your name(s) in winner announcement posts and/or notifications, as well as the unrestricted right to use any images submitted by you as part of the competition. You agree that Twins & More will not be liable in any way whatsoever, in relation to the use of your name, social media profile and/or any images submitted as part of the competition.
- All prizes offered as part of a competition are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash. In the event that the prize specified in the competition becomes unavailable for any reason, we will substitute a prize of similar value. Winners receive prizes entirely at their own risk.
- Twins & More reserves the right to amend, vary, extend or discontinue a competition at any stage, for any reason.
Multiple Birth Club Discount (New Zealand customers only)
A 10% discount off the full retail price of products on the Twins & More site is offered to any member of a Multiple Birth Club in New Zealand. The 10% discount is not valid on any product that is already discounted or on sale or promotion (i.e. with free shipping or value add offer) at the time of purchase. In order to receive the discount, you must enter the discount code at checkout. You may be asked to provide proof of membership by sending a copy of your membership card. Failure to provide proof of membership will result in the removal of the discount. The discount is not available on the purchase of gift vouchers.
Gift Vouchers are available for purchase on the site and can be redeemed on the Twins & More site only. Gift Vouchers are in New Zealand dollars and are valid for 6 months from the date of issue. Gift Vouchers are non-transferable and may not be returned or redeemed for cash.
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Twins & More and its affiliates, representatives, partners, agents and employees from and against any and all liabilities, claims, costs and expenses, including legal fees, that arise out of or in connection with your use of the site or breech of these Terms and Conditions.
Limitation of Liability
Neither Twins & More nor any of its partners, agents, affiliates, third party providers or content providers shall be liable to you or any third party for any form of damages (including, without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages) arising out of or related to the use or attempted use of the site or an external website linked to this site, or the materials on this site, or as a result of the use of product purchased from this site, however arising, whether for breach or in tort, even if Twins & More was informed of the possibility of such damages.
